Over time, I set up a private tester pool for sipgate (500+ testers by now), which I am managing with a CRM tool (Hubspot). I regularly send out emails and invite individuals for remote and in-house research activities that are often conducted by the product teams themselves.

I am also responsible for a monthly test evening known as the sipgate Open Test Lab where the product teams can set up a “ test station” and five testers are invited. This shared format was adopted better by the teams than inviting testers for each team separately at different points in time. In case our tester pool does not suffice, I take care of recruiting through an agency that I sourced in the past.
